Sunday, November 16, 2008 at 04:08PM I was going through an old sketchbook and found a small thumbnail rough of this pose. I think I'd referenced something (either a comic book I was looking at or a photo) but I can't remember what it was now. So just let me note this pose is probably ripped off from someone! I liked the rough, so I did some finish pencils just for practice anyway.
Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 12:19AM A page of head sketches I did today, using the Andrew Loomis method. Trying to get to the point where any head pose is easy and I can accurately place features and get the head shape correct. These are better than similar practice sheets I did a few months ago.
